Summer Giveaway Contest Rules

1. Eligibility:  This giveaway contest is open to all participants who are (21) years old or older at the time of entry. Residents outside of our service area (30-mile radius of 15675) are not eligible to participate. Employees, affiliates, partners, or immediate family members of The Restoration Team are also ineligible to enter.
2. Entry Period:  The giveaway contest will begin on 7/26/2026 and end on 8/4/2023. All entries must be received within this specified period to be considered valid.
3. How to Enter:  To enter the contest, participants must complete the following steps during the Entry Period:
   a.  Follow The Restoration Team on all designated social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
   b.  Like and share the official giveaway post on their social media feed.
4. Winner Selection:  The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted on the last day of the giveaway’s end date.
5. Winner Notification:  The winners will be announced on August 4th, 2023, via The Restoration Teams’s social media channels. They will also be contacted through direct message or email. If a winner does not respond within 10 days of the initial notification, a new winner may be selected at our discretion.
6. Prizes:  Army Green Igloo BMX 52 Quart Cooler and a $100 gift certificate to Haymaker Beer Warehouse.
7. Prize Pickup:  Will be arranged with the winner upon claiming the items.
8. Publicity Release:  By entering this giveaway, participants grant The Restoration Team the permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation or notification.
9. General Conditions:
   a. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while participating in this contest.
   b.  Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent will be disqualified.
   c.  The Restoration Team reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating the contest rules or tampering with the entry process.
   d.  The decision of The Restoration Team regarding the winners and any other aspect of the contest is final and binding.
   e.  This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with any social media platform.
10. Privacy:  Any personal information collected from participants during this contest will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway.
11. Disputes:  This contest is governed by the laws of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising out of or related to the contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Penn Township.

By participating in this giveaway, participants fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these rules and the decisions of The Restoration Team, which are final and binding in all matters related to the contest.
