Job Description:

Are you an experienced project manager looking to make a meaningful impact in the
field of water restoration? Join our team at The Restoration Team (TRT) as a Water
Restoration Project Manager and play a crucial role in restoring homes and businesses
affected by water damage. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to lead
our water restoration projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning:  Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope,
    timeline, and budget, in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
  • Team Management:  Supervise and lead a team of restoration technicians and
    subcontractors, ensuring efficient project execution.
  • Client Communication:  Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing
    regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
  • Resource Management:  Coordinate equipment, materials, and manpower
    resources effectively to meet project goals.
  • Quality Control:  Ensure that restoration work meets industry standards and
    regulations, and conduct quality inspections throughout the project.
  • Budget Management:  Monitor project expenses, track costs, and make
    adjustments to stay within budget constraints.
  • Health and Safety:  Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect both
    workers and clients during restoration activities.
  • Documentation:  Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports,
    records, and invoices.
  • Problem Solving:  Address unforeseen issues and challenges that may arise
    during the project, making quick and effective decisions to keep projects on track.
  • Completion and Reporting:  Oversee project completion, conduct final
    inspections, and provide post-project reports to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in water restoration or a
    related industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of water restoration techniques, equipment, and industry best
    practices.
  • Understanding of local building codes and regulations related to water damage
    restoration.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • IICRC certification in Water Damage Restoration (preferred).
  • We will train and provide opportunities for additional certifications
